Val & I just got back from a week long trip to North Carolina. Our first stop was to Oriental with a long overdue visit to see my mom. Just down the road is this great little brewery called New Village Brewery. We love it. Their craft beer, Lili’s Breakfast Stout, was voted Best Beer in NC in Carolina Brew Scene Magazine. Made some crab cakes to go with our favorite lager from the brewery
