Piece for Original Classics zine

My full (edited) piece for the Original Classics zine! The piece that's in the book doesn't have the border to be more true to the original Leyendecker piece, but I'm going to be making prints of this and the print versions have this gorgeous border around them! Please take a look at the Kickstarter if you're able! We all did a fantastic job and I'll be the one putting the book together :3

Speaking of -- the full piece for the Original Classics zine.

It was based off of Visitor to a Moonlit Churchyard by Philip James de Loutherbourg. Some of the work in progress, including my great 3D modeling skills, is shown here.

my toxic art trait is reworking a piece slightly because i forgot to post the full thing when it was released

this was my piece for the Original Classics zine! This artwork depicts an original character styled as Circe Invidiosa by Waterhouse. The original character is Alyona, a rusalka.

Quil as the Fallen Angel by Alexandre Cabanel, created for the Original Classics project. I'm overjoyed to have been able to reimagine this painting with my spite-fuelled aasimar and so happy with how it turned out 😇

I applied to a zine called "Original Classics" where the idea was drawing your OC in a classic art piece. I was so looking forward to it, so when I was rejected I decided to go ahead and make my piece anyway. 😀 This is based on "The Lament for Icarus" by Herbert Draper.
