Obedience and Disobedience (Valiant souls story)
These events happened when Claire was 18 years old so only one year after the events of First Blood!
Claire was medidating next to a waterfall. The day was sunny and warm. She was glad to have some time to relax. She was tired of moving from place to place just to survive. She missed Alex. That day showed her that every kind of creatures existed in this world, not only humans...and demons. Fona was enjoying the view, human’s world was so much more interesting and beautiful than the demon’s realm. In the end, it was a blessing for Fona to live with Claire. She could feel feelings and emotions she never had the chance to experiment when she was living with her fellow beings. Yes today was a definitely a good day. However, Fona started to shiver inside. Something was approaching in the shadow of the forest, something she recognised.
- Claire, we are not alone. Be ready! (Fona)
- Understood. (Claire)
Claire stood up and looked around. She noticed a moving shadow not so far from them, the dense forest wasn’t helping them to detect precisely what it was.
- Show yourself, I know you are here. (Claire)
From everything that could have appeared, Claire as well as Fona couldn’t have predicted what was this shadow......a demon. This demon was very different from Fona. They were having muscular arms and legs. They were very tall and their horns were huge, bigger than Fona’s horns. They were having red eyes as every demon had but they were also carrying a red axe. Claire was stunned by the impressive demon and Fona was clearly afraid because....she recognised the demon. Fona took control over Claire’s body and so Claire was using her demon form. Claire let Fona take control. Both of them knew they were in trouble.
-.....Orkaan...what are you doing here? (Fona)
Fona was talking by using Claire’s body.
- Hello Fona, it’s been a few years already. You got a precious and cute human’s body as I can see. (Orkaan)
- Don’t avoid my question and no need to be polite, If you are here....it means Dewana sent you...right? (Fona)
The demon was quiet and smirking. Orkaan was a loyal servant of Dewana and a stronger demon than Fona. He was one of the executionners of Dewana. She asked demon like Orkaan to hunt down demon who had betrayed the Queen. One thing to know about Orkaan, he was violent and loved to kill as well as....rape humans.
- Indeed, Dewana told me to come after you because you need to do your duty. Dewana needs souls and you are gonna kill humans from now on. You are her servant. Use this human body and do your job. Serve your Queen! (Orkaan)
Claire could see Fona biting the lips. Fona was not okay with the situation. Claire tried to comfort her from the inside. Fona breathed deeply and looked at Orkaan with a dark and serious face with Claire’s demon face.
- I don’t serve Dewana, she is not my Queen anymore! Living with Claire helped me to finally discover something that even humans have difficulties using from time to time...it’s called FREE WILL! I have a message for Dewana, I refuse to obey her! I am staying with Claire. (Fona)
Claire was happy but Orkaan had a curious reaction, he licked his own lips and he was having a psychopath face.
- I am glad you said that. It means I can kill you and rape this beautiful young human~ (Orkaan)
He charged his axe, thinking it would end quickly. Fona avoided the attack and created the sword to strike on Orkaan’s hips, injuring him.
- You are gonna pay for that! (Orkaan)
- I didn’t just relax myself during these eight years. Me and my daugther...I mean Claire trained together to deal with threats like you! It’s our time Claire! (Fona)
- I am ready. (Claire)
Claire’s eyes were closed for a few seconds, when they were opened again like nothing changed?
- You can train as much as you want. I will always be stronger than you...outcast! (Orkaan)
He landed his axe making a circle movement but Claire avoided very easy again. Orkaan tried to touch her but nothing wasn’t working, she was too fast and she had good reflexes. When they talked, it’s like the two voices were there in the same time.
- We fight as one! You have no chance! Give up now. (Claire and Fona)
- Never! I will not be defeated by you! RRRAAAAAHHHHH (Orkaan)
He lifted his axe to prepare a big attack. It was his last mistake. Using the two special swords, Claire and Fona sliced Orkaan in half thanks to the opening.
- Im...impossible...(Orkaan)
- We are not your slaves Dewana, you won’t decide our future. (Claire and Fona)
Orkaan’s body became some kind of liquid and disappeared. Claire and Fona calmed themselves, everything was quiet again.
- We just declared war to your Queen, Mother. (Claire)
- That’s why we will continue to train. But I think she will leave us for a time. She knows she will waste too many resources just for us and resources are too important for her. (Fona)
Claire took her bag and started to walk again. She looked behind her one last time to watch the waterfall. Maybe she wasn’t a full human but she thought she was maybe one of the few true free humans despite everything. She would use this freedom to survive until she and fona found peace. In the demon’s realm, Dewana cringed and was mad.
- These two....if I am not careful, they could become a real threat. I will deal with them another time. Too bad Orkaan failed, he was one of my favourite subjects. (Dewana)
In the other part of the realm, another face watched the fight between Claire and Orkaan. However, he was not angry compared to Dewana but happy.
- These two pissed off Dewana, hahaha I like them. It’s becoming so interesting. I will keep an eye on them~ (Apep)
Here you have another story of Claire and Fona! This time it shows they are not slaves of Dewana. Also it shows that Dewana is not happy about them XD. I hope you will enjoy this story too! I really love to write these stories <3.
