what do i do about 3 sets of head wings when i dont have enough space to have them. might steal sunday's head wings thing and have a set pointing down because i like that aesthetically
put together new era lore/orvine lore when i was in the shower. this isnt coherent bc its the discord message i slapped out to logan so i didnt forget it
brain waves on era's setting:
orvine is the goddess Epoch has contact with
Orvine is the goddess of Severance (or a concept similar), and is unable to be observed or worshipped through normal means
orvine is a native god- she was born in heaven fully formed and in control of her element
with her help she keeps early epoch writings and communication from being discovered by other gods (and makes it harder for Data and Mimi to obtain the written information much later)
orvine works with epoch because she's tired of being alone- she works specifically with the Founder, who has a special constitution that allows him to commune with her
orvine is in favor of the founder obtaining godhood so she can have a companion in the heavens- she's heard rumors of soul density stuff. epoch's founder tricks this information out of her.
new reason for why lorne is absent from era's life- after Epoch gets the two of them to form their contract, Orvine severs the passage from the heavens to the earth after OG Era dies. Most gods dont decend to earth anyways, and this keeps Lorne from running to find their husband again
epoch destroys as many as lorne's divine statues as they can find that are within era's like, ability to get to them so Lorne cant see him to get a read on how well era is doing. (this is why era making his own divine statue of lorne in his third life is a big deal- lorne wasnt able to see him until then)
this turns into lorne struggling against a goddess *they dont know about* and trying to figure out a way back down
meanwhile the mortal plane, severed from the heavens, is now tending to move in time faster than the heavens instead of in tandem. much less time passes for lorne than it does Era, and the lack of communication (and Gene is stranded in the mortal plane as well) along with everything else Epoch is doing is driving era insane 👍
