Can you tell us more about the witch Lubina?

The oldest of the Lunnis, a plump, kind witch over 600 years old.
She is quite eccentric and lively, shows a romantic and flirty side, aspires to win the lottery to buy luxury items for ostentation, and besides being a witch, she is also an expert cook.
She has a magic book that gives her powers, although she is also very powerful on her own.
Lubina has a somewhat tense relationship with Lutecio due to the inevitable clash of their ideas, magical and scientific respectively, but deep down they are great friends, and sometimes it is clear that she has feelings for him.
Several episodes reveal that Lubina is immortal, which explains her advanced age.
Her archnemesis is the villainess Lunática, often being the first to guess she is planning something evil and tricking other characters.
Somehow she has trouble guessing that Captain Lucanero tries to steal her magic book constantly, though.
Maybe because she can see that his aspiration to villain is posturing and deep down he is a sweet soul who can't hurt a fly.
The only times she acts villanous is when they perform fairy tale parodies and she is clearly playing a role, like when an episode parody of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs cast her as the Evil Queen.
Another fairy tale parody, Hansel and Gretel, casted her as the Witch of the Gingerbread House. And she had a redemption arc in that version.
Though probably she enjoyed the most to be the Goddess Venus (Afrodite) in the parody of the Golden Apple Greek Myth where Paris (played by Lulo) must choose between Afrodite, Artemis (the Lunni Luna replacing the goddess Hera) or Athena (played by Maestra Lumbrela) for the title of Most Beautifull Goddess.
The Headless Horseman is her ex boyfriend.
