i find their voices a little aggravating at times but “stuff you missed in history” has women running it and “good job brain!” has two women in it as well, and it’s pretty casual listening.

i don’t listen all that much but my fave episode of stuff u missed in history class was the one about the victorian manure crisis. like, there were so many horses for transport in cities that the shit was up to your knees, and they’d bring in more horses to get rid of the shit but that’d just make more, and then there’d be traffic jams and the horses would kick out and kill people. and then there was also horses dying, so there’d be decomposing corpses on the streets because to remove it you’d need More horses but your horse had just died. Sounds bad

hey!! I was think about a fic the other day where basically the GOVERNMENT?? decided at some point everyone need to have a soulmate for whatever reason and it was a hugely bad idea so???? idek somehow stiles and derek were born both from couples that never got the surgery to remove the shit that made everyone susceptible to finding their biologically IDEAL mate and so SUDDENLY they are national celebs and they are ~super~ compatible except they totally arent and want to kill eachother..? help???
