For months I’ve been nursing a fucked up wrist so I had to hang up the reverse grip bench. Tried with an E-Z curl bar and it was painless. Decided to go up with 10 pound increments to see if my wrist would feel anything. Got up to 135 plus 45 pounds of chains and could feel it a bit but was still able to get a set of 10. So stoked to be able to reverse grip. Thank you to my 1st born for recording this vid and to my 2nd born for lifting back up the jack stand so I could rerack the bar.
