#day17 Today is favourite genres, which I can easily say is #paranormalromance followed by #historicalromance. This includes what I choose to read as well as what I enjoy writing. #day14 Word count check in. So I smashed my goal for my Victorian #paranormalromance reaching 27k words in thay story, and I've since started working to my second project that follows Erebus and Heleana from my #OtherworldGuardians, book 2 of the series, which I'm currently just over 5k words into 😁😍 The words aren't flowing quite as easily with this project as they were with the other, but a lot of that is due to me having to double check my previous book to make sure I'm on track, and to make sure I'm set to answer some of the questions in book 1 that were mentioned and left open. #day10 Yesterday was a just keep writing kind of day and I managed to get a fair bit done, though not as much as I honestly would have liked Tha is to watching some amusing videos on YouTube which kind of made my evening disappear lol... So today is talking about my NaNo/writing journey. Well I've already managed to achieve the 1st half of my goal which I really wasn't expecting so quickly, but as the words have been flowing so easily I've decided to reverse my goals. So now instead of the 20k on this Victorian era #paranormalromance and 40k on my book 2 from the #OtherworldGuardians series, I've reversed my goals. I will now be attempting to get 40k on this WIP and 20k on the other before the months end. It just seemed a shame to stop in the middle when I was making good progress. Day 3 - introduce my project/s I plan on working on 2 separate projects for #nanowrimo 1 - is a #historical #paranormalromance set in the Victorian era. My FMC has a secret she is trying to hide. My MMC knows exactly what it is. I haven't done a lot of planning for this project currently, just some of the basic structures and goals. This is a #pantser piece lol. I'm 2k in so far and the idea are forming well. Will just tweak and edit later and see where this story takes me. 2 - Is going to be my 2nd book in my #OtherworldGuardians series. (A carry on fr9m my debut book #ReluctantGuardian). This book is going to be centered around my demon character Erebus, and the healer, Heleana. Thane (from book 1) will learn more about the deal he's struck with the demon.
