Question for Y'all UTAU Users

I kinda want to make a series on developing UTAU voicebanks. And I'm thinking about _maybe_ offering free 1-pitch commissions, on the condition that I use it as an example in the tutorial videos. Would any of y'all be interested in donating a voicebank if I did that?

Only thing is that I might critique the voicebank some, but it should hopefully go without saying that none of it would be mean-spirited, and purely with the intent of helping people make better voicebanks.

I might just record my own voicebanks for said videos, but I'd also maybe like to try a voicebank with less predictable traits for when users might encounter stuff that I might not initially think about.

I'm very undecided, but I would be curious as to gauge interest.

Opening commissions

Hi everyone - my job hasn't scheduled me with a shift yet despite having been hired a month ago due to a paperwork error.

As such, I have opened 3 slots for my otoing and tuning commissions. I would GREATLY appreciate any commissions or boosts to this post. Thank you so so much.

I wish there was like... a program that could read the oto.ini file of an UTAU vb, and then, chop up the associated wav files so that they only contain the oto'd bits, and re-allocate the oto values accordingly. Thereby hopefully significantly minimizing the size of the vb.

If y'all have ever seen the samples in any of VOICE-MiTH's Chinese voicebanks, kinda like that.

Utau Oto.ini help needed

Hi everyone. I am currently working on my oto.ini for my character in UTAU and it's not sounding good at all. It might be the recording fault or the oto.ini fault. I need someone experienced in it to check it out and let me know what it is since I am a newbie and can't fix it no matter what I do. This is a VCV japanese voicebank. Please help! Thank you!

I decided to offer services to UTAU newbies to help them with their first voicebanks!

This is still open.  If you’re starting out with UTAU and you need help otoing your first CV bank, come on down.

Previously, the free service only meant that Japanese samples were OTO’d.  But now, if your bank includes ALL of the extras for Esperanto (listed in the post), those extras will also be OTO’d and the entire bank will have extra aliases to be Esperanto compatible.
