well, how can i say no when you’ve asked so nicely?

basically, i had the wild idea at 1am one morning about swapping alex and henry with chad and ryan from high school musical 2 and i may have frantically written out an entire timeline for it based on what i believe in my heart of hearts happened between chad and ryan in the second movie.

i have fully written and uploaded the first two chapters here but i unfortunately have a masters degree and a job that takes up a majority of my time 😔 hopefully one day soon i can finish it up and release it into the world…

just a top sheet and a light duvet. i get too hot if i use much more

17. Want any piercings? Where?

i currently have seven i'm actually using, but i've always debated getting a navel piercing? i'm not sure if i'll ever go through with it. another one i've thought of is getting my septum repierced, but i'm not sure if it would look too busy with my other nose piercings.

27. What is your favorite book? Or just one that you've read a few times?

this is the equivalent of holding a gun to my head. i can never pick just one favourite. the one book i have read the most and probably changed the way i've approached writing the most is the book thief by markus zusak.

37. Do you prefer dogs or cats?

probably dogs because i've got one and i'm not allergic to dogs like i am to cats, but i do love cats a lot

i think it would be a bit concerning if i hadn't. i still have quite a few numbers memorised.

i really enjoyed nobody in particular by sophie gonzales. it was a really well-executed sapphic ya.

it was definitely if this gets out. literally all my favourite things in the one book.

'I'm fine, Bug.' June and Nora exchange a Glance between each other, before they talk about something they saw online. They try to rope Alex into the conversation, but they both know it's hopeless. It's hopeless that after all this time, Alex can't stop his eyes from wandering around the room. It's hopeless to expect Alex to have moved onto bigger and better things in his life when each and every word that comes out of his mouth is meticulously manufactured and rehearsed until it's become autopilot. It's hopeless to think that things will change and Alex has been right to hold onto the edge of this cliff with bleeding fingertips and broken nails for all this time, for all these years. If he lets go at this point, he knows his hands will be locked into place. Fingers curled, searching for an old comfort. The press of an old bruise. Hands rendered completely useless for anything else but holding onto something that won't leave and holding on for someone who won't come.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that otter video is stitched together. The otter at the beginning is a river otter and the otters at the end are sea otters. The water is way bluer when the otter is offering the gift than the rescued otter.
