I really want to just have a rock I carry around at all times like a fidget toy but I know full well I will forget it somewhere so I end up just leaving it on my desk and it gets knocked off by my cat and lost anyway

Of random note, freeze dried candy is amazing.

Always knew I liked freeze dried stuff from enjoying some flavors of "astronaut" ice cream or lucky charms marshmallows as a kid and more recently pouches of freeze dried fruit. My favorite texture for food is crunchy, so this makes a lot of sense to me, but I also enjoy things that seem to "melt" on the tongue.

Freeze dried candies are delightful because they meet both categories. Plus sour blue raspberry tastes even more amazing when almost extra concentrated.

Ranking of the ones I tried:

Airheads bites. I don't like all the flavors, but they have the best taste over all. I only actively avoid the green ones so it ranks highest.

Sour Starburst. I actually didn't feel like throwing up when I ate a watermelon one, which is crazy rare for me.

Starburst. I don't dislike any of the basic four flavors, my favorite(red/cherry) wasn't quite as tasty as regular ones

Wild Berry Skittles. I only really like the red and blue, will sometimes eat purple. Pink and green are avoided at all cost. These tend to stick together most of the candies so I struggle with that.

So there's my thoughts on freeze dried candy.
