Η Sidi έφυγε χαρούμενη από το GP της Λομβαρδίας. Στο Οttobiano, ο Tony Cairoli δεν έκανε κανένα λάθος και πέτυχε τον στόχο του.

Ο Cairoli κέρδισε το Grand Prix, και το έκανε με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο, κερδίζοντας και τους 2 αγώνες.  Με τον επικεφαλής της βαθμολογίας, Jeffrey Herlings εκτός εξαιτίας της σπασμένης κλείδας του, ο αναβάτης της KTM δεν έχασε την ευκαιρία κλείνοντας σημαντικά την διαφορά. Με αυτή τη διπλή νίκη ο Cairoli κέρδισε 50 βαθμούς, και πλέον είναι 12 βαθμούς πίσω από τον Ολλανδό αναβάτη.

Ο Tony Cairoli πλέον μπορεί να συνεχίσει την προσπάθειά του για τον 10ο Παγκόσμιο τίτλο. Οι επόμενοι δύο αγώνες θα είναι γίνουν στην Ινδονησία, την 1η και 8 Ιουλίου.

Οι  αναβάτες της Sidi, πέτυχαν και αυτοί εξαιρετικά αποτελέσματα στην MX2, όπου ο ταλαντούχος ισπανός αναβάτης Jorge Prado πέτυχε την πέμπτη νίκη της σεζόν.  Ο Prado ήταν δεύτερος στον πρώτο αγώνα και πρώτος στον δεύτερο αγώνα. Τώρα είναι μόνο 9 βαθμούς πίσω  από τον πρωτοπόρο στην βαθμολογία Pauls Jonass. Οι νεαροί οδηγοί της  Sidi που εντυπωσίασαν στην MX2: ο Jorge Prado (KTM) 1ος , ο Thomas Covington (Husqvarna) 2ος  και ο Dane Thomas Kjer Olsen (Husqvarna) 4ος.

Το υπόλοιπο της σεζόν προβλέπετε να έχει ακόμη περισσότερες συγκινήσεις και εκπλήξεις . ‘Ενα πράγμα είναι  σίγουρο: Η Sidi θα συνεχίσει να δουλεύει με την ίδια δυναμικότητα, έτσι ώστε όλοι οι αναβάτες της να μπορούν να βασίζονται στις  μπότες SIDS Crossfire 3 SRS, τα κορυφαία μοντέλα της συλλογής off-road της Sidi. Η Sidi βρίσκεται στο υψηλότερο σκαλί του βάθρου με τους πρωταθλητές του χθες, του σήμερα και του αύριο

2019 MXGP of Hong Kong announced in Ottobiano

Today’s Fiat Professional MXGP of Lombardia hosted amazing racing and followed by the important announcement of a new stop for the series next year, the 2019 MXGP of Hong Kong.

The announcement, made just after the qualifying races, was given by Youthstream President Giuseppe Luongo, who was joined by FIM Europe President, Dr. Wolfgang Srb, FIM/CMS Director, Tony Skillington, Moonmoto Hong Kong CEO & organizer of the MXGP of Hong Kong, Ashley Zeak Yutt Sauk, and Moonmoto Hong Kong Partner, Pier Carlo Bottero.

The event that will be in the MXGP Calendar for 3 years starting from 2019 was announced as one of the twenty rounds planned for the 2019 season and will be scheduled together with the 2019 MXGP of China in Shanghai. Known as a strong economic, trade, and financial center in the world’s largest motorcycle market, Hong Kong is a great location to add to the list of spectacular venues of the FIM Motocross World Championship. The collaborative effort made by Youthstream, the FIM, and the organizer insure that the new round will be among the top events in the 2019 calendar.
