If you trot around Instagram or any other more or less social place where I dump stuff about my Dutch books, you may have noticed something about someone called Otto. In full: Ottomar van Breekelenburgh-Hoofmeyer. I admit, that’s quite a mouthful, but that is the name of a character I came up with for a writing experiment in Dutch.

Last one for the night I promise (unless I get the other request done, but I know that's not going to happen tonight considering I have work in the morning.) This is Ottomar. He's the spirit elemental prodigy in my story. He's such an interesting character and sometimes can be a bit of a grump. But he acts like a fatherly figure and does care about the younger prodigies. He's a lot older than he looks~

Summary: Elementals are considered just some old legend, a myth; some stories you tell your kids in this day and age. But is that really the truth?
