"Not many wander down to the docks at this time of day. Were you looking for something in particular?"
"Oh I'm so sorry, I didn't see you there." Ashley took a step back, and readjusted her bag on her shoulder. She was tired, and had been in her own little world as she walked back from her class for the night. "I didn't hurt you did I?"
"There is seriously something wrong with them." Eugene mumbled to himself as he stood off to the side at Dark Star Pharmacy. He shouldn't be here right now trying to make out with things but he was hungry and had stuff he had to get. Plus this bozo up front was causing enough of a scene it almost made it too easy. "I mean, just pay for your shit and get out." He was one to talk.
Having an official day off was something that Emma was definitely not used to. Before coming to Storybrooke, she'd always kept mildly busy looking for new dirt bags to go after or searching for the ones she'd heard others had issues getting hold of. Now as she roamed around the small town - unable to remain still in her shared loft - she found herself at a loss of what to do. Figuring it'd be a good idea to walk around and get a better feel of the town without any distractions, she continued wandering around aimlessly. At least until she heard someone asking for her attention. "Yeah?"
"If you've come to me then there must be something you're needing. So what will it be?"
"Docks are usually quiet at night, good place to be alone..."
"So why're you here?"
"Hey--stupid question, I know, but you wouldn't happen to know which way the animal shelter is, would you?"
"No, you don't have to eat the jello, but I really must insist on the blood sample..."
"And no, eating the jello isn't a viable bargaining chip."
