Peter Pan is coming back to OUAT, even if it's in a shitty ass suit, and now my precious Neal Cassidy is also coming back, and I know they're gonna treat my babies horribly but god, until i see the fuck up that this arc will be, i can't help but be glad that they're back on my screen again. (Although I know that when Game of Silence starts airing I will be all over that show, even if it sucks, because MRJ /AND/ David Lyons, hell yeah)

It really depends. If you stopped watching ouat for a reason, then no. If you don't like what ouat typically does with the characters, then no.
If you think you're gonna like the ouat versions of Elsa and Anna, then sure!
If you're at such a crossroads just wait until the season starts and see what other people think, I'm sure you'll be able to figure out whether or not it's worth it. :P
