Welcome back to SCN events! We are resetting the clock, and we are so psyched to get going. Many thanks to @deedala for helping to formulate this event style! Not long ago, yall let us know that more spaced out, quarterly events are of interest to you. So, without further ado...
Event #1: RENEWAL
With each event, we're also providing some related subthemes to help spark sustained creation and conversation. Here are the subthemes for this event:

Who are you and what are we doing here?
Who are any of us, really? In this case, anyways, we have an answer. The Shameless Creators Network exists to support fandom artists. SCN's discord server is our hub for collaboration and conversation. The admin for the blog and server is Mel @gardenerian - feel free to reach out and say hello!
How long will the event run?
This is the start of our new quarterly events. We'll kick this event off on November 1, 2025. It will run until we launch the next quarterly event in spring 2026.
What can we create and post?
We can't wait to see your Shameless fanworks: gifsets, photo edits and manipulations, original music and fan-made playlists, video edits/fancams, crafts, all mediums of visual art... and anything in between!
We do not share written fanfiction, but creations inspired by Shameless fics are certainly welcome.
What's up with the subthemes?
Subthemes are inspired by the event's main theme. There are lots of ways to work with these! Here are some ideas to help you start thinking:
Pick a subtheme to explore each month. Create something new for each subtheme or build upon a single project as you consider them.
Revisit an older project. Is it finished? Can it be reconceptualized in some way?
Try a new method, style, or medium of creation.
Explore these themes in the show: how have Shameless characters, relationships, locations, etc. changed or evolved?
Consider how these subthemes might play out in your art or art that you admire. Can you connect them to your fan works?
When and where can I share my work?
You can share at any time during the event. This quarter will run November 1 - February 28. If inspiration strikes after this theme has wrapped, we'd love to see it! There's never any posting deadline.
Share your creations by tagging us! We track #shamelessnet. You can also drop links to your work in our discord server.
What role will SCN play during events?
Beyond reblogging your work, we'll be here on Tumblr and in the server to help spark creativity (and hopefully some joy) by sharing resources, tutorials, inspiration, conversation, and support.
How else can I get involved?
Chat here on Tumblr or in the server about the things that inspire you or that you'd like to see, art that you love, favorite show or fandom moments, moodboards/music/words that get your brain whirring - anything! Whether you post art or not, this is how we keep each other going!

Welcome to Whumptober: Once upon a time edition.
Below you will find a series of prompts and alternative prompts for the month of October. Each day of the week has been split into topical subsections, ranging from medical monday to supernatural saturday. For each individual day of the month, you will have three 'prompts': two buzz words and one quotation. You are under no obligation to fulfil all three prompts for the day's assignment - just one will do! If you don't like the look of any of the day's prompts, or find anything too triggering, we have also provided ten alternative prompts for you to switch in and out! It's super important that we all have loads of fun above all else, so just write what you can <3
This is general ouat challenge, and as such we welcome any and all ships and characters. We won't tolerate any hateful behaviour, and we ask that you keep any anti-ship/character content moderated or pre-warned. That being said, we'd love to see what everyone creates so please feel free to tag us in your creations!
We created our edition of ouat whumptober for a discord server, but things are always far more fun in numbers! If anyone is interested in joining our server, please feel free to message us for more information <3. Our discord server follows much the same policies as this event, and is open to any ships and characters, from captain swan to swan queen! We're also planning on creating a fluffuary event for February, so please let us know if that's something you'd be interested in!

Welcome aboard to the Rescue and Rehabilitation (Salt's Version)! Salt's Ranch has come back from an Auction house with 40 horses that were trying to be sold for slaughter. While the Ranch would love to keep and rehabilitate them all Theora know these horses are in dire need of 1:1 attention and rehabilitation. Some horses have severe injuries, blindness, behavioral issues, overgrown hooves, and just all around needing some TLC. ❤️
