As announced this morning, we come with breaking news directly from the vents of the U.S.S. Enterprise.
We will be implementing a new weekly segment called Chekov’s Song of the Week. This will be made available to you every Friday starting today! In a show of gratitude to Chekov for being a loyal member of our vent council (yes, it is just the three of us) we recently gifted him an ancient artifact from the Earth’s early 21st century. The artifact can be seen below.
We have traveled light years with this artifact. Fought wars and battled beings beyond your wildest imagination all while protecting this item. It holds precious knowledge we can no longer access with even the most advanced technology.
So naturally we gave it to Chekov.
Upon reviewing its contents, Chekov has grown quite fond of the musical stylings of the 21st century and earlier. He has insisted we share his findings with you.
Chekov’s first song of the week is Fireflies by Owl City.
He won’t stop playing it. The crew can hear it from the vents at night. Spock is going insane. Jim is clawing at the vents trying to get to us. Going forward, Chekov will be banned from aux.
