it just blows my mind how after the writers just completely tore apart Cat's character, people who have only watched the show can still hate her so passionately. Two episodes ago her only scene was sitting in a tent while Robb screamed at her, and in the finale all she did was sit in the tent and give Robb completely reasonable advice and he bitched back at her. If I didn't love them both equally from ASOIAF and get how much the show changed them, I'd be criticizing the fuck out of Robb, not Cat
Jaime and Tyrion parting on bad terms. I wanted to whack Tyrion in the head, truth be told. Cersei plotting to assassinate Jon, and every time she called someone an idiot when they were obviously smarter than she gave them credit. Every time Janos Slynt appeared. Every time GRRM wrote something brilliant and unexpected but forced some kind of emotion out of me.
2. 5 favourite characters?
(Not in any particular order) Arya Stark, Sansa Stark, Tyrion Lannister, Jaime Lannister, Doran Martell
3. 5 least favourite characters?
Janos Slynt, Stannis Baratheon (would I be more redeemable if I said I like TV!Stannis?), Randyll Tarly, Queen Selyse, the Bastard
4. Which house do you identify most with?
This one's hard to answer because I can't really think of one. I identify more with characters. If I had to choose though, it would be a tie between Houses Martell and Tyrell, mainly for their house mottos.
5. Who would you bend the knee to?
Any Stark, mostly because I'm biased hehe. Otherwise, Dany. I know people say she did not do so well in ADWD (tbqh I couldn't tell, but I'm not exactly a brilliant strategist and natural ruler who knows how to rule a city where half of its citizens wants me dead), but she's survived this far, she's not exactly useless, she's compassionate, she's the mother of dragons, and considering her age she still has time to improve. I'm slightly awed that she hasn't already broken down and jumped on the nearest dragon to fly away so she doesn't have to deal with any of the challenges she's yet to face.
6. Favourite POV?
Sansa, Tyrion, Arya (especially in AFFC and ADWD)
7. A character you find overrated?
I'm having a hard time with this, especially because it's the books we're talking about here and not the show. I guess Rhaegar, although I feel I've been influenced because I already read someone else answer with him.
8. Where would you most like to live?
Not in Westeros perhaps? Who knows when at least 5 kings will start popping up and wreaking havoc on the land. I know it can't be all rainbows on the other continents, but still... Well okay, maybe Dorne because the Water Gardens sound amazing. And Qarth because the CGI was fucking awesome.
9. Favourite pre-plot character?
Joanna Lannister. I think she's the biggest redeeming quality of Tywin, and their love story is just amazing in my mind.
10. Favourite quote(s)?
So, so many. GRRM is a god with words. To list/paraphrase a few at the top of my head, the one Jojen said about how people who read live thousands of lives, "Valar Morghulis", "Winter is Coming", the speech that septon gave to Brienne and co. about what war is really like, "my skin has turned from porcelain, to ivory, to steel", almost everything that comes out of Tyrion's mouth.
11. A character you’d like to know more about?
Joanna Lannister. What a woman she must have been to have Tywin fucking Lannister fall in love with her.
12. Your favourite scene from the series?
This is almost impossible to answer because there are so many. Dany and the birth of her dragons. Arya and any interaction she has with the Faceless Men. Arya and Gendry scenes. Tyrion. Bran and his whole storyline in ADWD. Dany being a conqueror in ASOS. Doran Martell's revelation of who he really is in AFFC. Sansa and Sandor scenes. And more.
13. A change you wish the show hadn’t made from the books.
Catelyn. Just, yeah.
14. Which book is your favourite?
Tie between ACOK and ASOS I think. And ADWD might be second. I'm not very good at ranking my likes/dislikes.
15. Your theory(ies) on how the series will end.
I'm not very good at this, I find it easier to just go along for the ride and pray to my gods and hope for the best for my loves and die when they will. I predict that the Others will be defeated and whoever's still alive and sane can go take the bloody throne.

1. If you were to be transported into a TV show, which one would you choose?
The Walking Dead. Or a period~ television show. I love historical shows (The Borgias, The Tudors)
2. What movie have you seen the most in theaters? How many times?
Tie between POTC 2, TGWTDT, and Shame...I saw all of them 3 times in theaters.
3. What are your 5 favorite books?
A Clockwork Orange, The Great Gatsby, ASOIAF Series (they count as 1), Night, In Cold Blood
4. If you could go back in time and live in a different time period, what year would you choose?
1920s, 1950s, anytime during the Roman Empire, anytime during the French Revolution...basically during anything notable~ in our history. I'm so invested in lifestyles, fashion, foods, customs of the past...I'd really be fine with any time period, but the 1920s have to be at the top of that list.
5. What is the best concert you have ever been to?
Too hard to narrow down to just one~ act...Coachella 2011.
6. What subject did you always hate in school?
Math/Physical Science/Chemistry...i never minded biology, but the other sciences can suck it.
7. If you had to get a tattoo of a face on your body who would you choose and where would you get it?
Well, getting a face of somebody I know IRL tattooed on me would be weird...Kurt Cobain, maybe? And somewhere out of view of normal~ people...my upper thigh? Shoulder blade? IDK I wear a lot of strapless shirts. Probably thigh.
8. If you could get rid of someone from the face of the earth, who would you choose and why?
someone evil, i guess. idk...who's evil now that osama is gone?
9. If you were forced to sing in front of an arena of people what band would you choose to back you up?
NIRVANA.
10. Have you ever had a recurring dream, or a recurring event that happens in your dreams? If so what was it?
when i was little, like 5-7, i'd always have a dream that my mom would park our SUV on a hill to go to somebody's house (IDK whose house it was)...and then for some reason, the car would start rolling backwards down the hill with me strapped into the backseat. i always woke up before it hit anything though.
11. What are your 3 biggest fears?
spiders, artificial intelligence, war/attacks
Since I can't come up with 11 normal questions, and I love talking about it anyway, I'm doing 11 ASOIAF questions. I know some of you aren't finished with the series, and that's ok...but I'd love to hear other opinions. Also: if I didn't tag you, and you still want to answer...GO AHEAD! Tag me in your post so I can read your answers :)
1. Scene(s) that made you want to throw your book (for whatever reason)?
I'm quite openly judging the writers for how they've treated Cat thus far, but honestly if they take away Cat's decision to free Jaime (exactly how it was in the books), I'm going to burn something. You pretty much explained exactly why in your post, but I think it'll really mess up Theon's story too. Cat frees the Jaime and Robb sleeps with Jeyne because they think the boys are dead, and Robb's devestated and Cat wants her girls back. Yeah it's horrible because the boys aren't actually dead and it was pretty much all for nothing, but that's the tragedy of it. and the writers changing it to have a ~love story~ in Robb's case, and probably to give a stronger role to Tyrion and Littlefinger in Cat's case (or just because lbr the writers hate Cat) is not okay with me.
