Discovering Outback Jack’s Australian Beach Bar & Grill at 10:00 in the morning wasn’t exactly an opportune time to experience it. Nonetheless, its colourful palette splashed on gizmos that a whole generation couldn’t relate to (polaroid cameras and heavy metal xray machines), among other things, was enough to wake up the senses that early in the day. For me, Outback Jack’s was like an open museum that needed more time to be digested. Oh, and apparently, we missed out on its outstanding food.
