Hello water anon! I’m not a big expert on custom water, especially on lot skirt one. Although I like to spend some free time studying water shaders to learn about the way it works. As for the reflective lotskirt water with ripples, you either might install Voeille’s Water Overhaul, or to change lot type to beach lot, first option will give you reflection camera glitches, second option – unusual live/build mode issues.

Hi nannie! It’s actually vanilla TS2 (mac version) hood water. It reflects custom skies though, that’s why it’s so beautiful :}

Hi Vegan-kaktus! Yes, sometimes putting files into ‘Downloads’ folder properly is tricky. The game recognises and remembers the order of mods you’ve placed. I would advice to do the following: put away all hood/lot water mods from the ‘Downloads’ folder. Start your game, load the ‘test’ hood that you’re not playing (to be sure nothing is changed in your current hood). Exit the game. Put lot mode water overhaul into downloads folder, load the game, load the test hood, load the lot, check the way lot mode water overhaul works. It should be fine. Then exit the game, put ‘Better Night Life with Ocean water overhaul incorporated version (remember to choose from Mac/Windows version) into ‘Downloads’ folder and then load the game. Everything should work fine :}

Hey anon! The problem can be in the roof shader if it affects the hood view. Or DreadPirate’s includes Better Nightlife but conflicts with Voeille’s water Overhaul (if you have the ocean option installed). Try to load the game with different configurations between these mods and see what happens. If nothing would help, PM me so we could solve this realtime.

This is ask #30, wowie!! I've made a couple (3) Activation Logs I'll be posting in the next few days!! There was a comic I was working on, too, but idk when that'll be done, sorry...

I don't have Activation logs for all of them on the Askblog because I feel the first three explore what I want to share right now well enough. Hopefully you guys like LOF, PU, and SLS
