//Oh yeah on the hc dumps I forgot to mention I’ve also been thinking of Zinon studying a few artisan trades by apprenticeship during the Ottoman times. (He was old enough physically and sitting idle in a random palace just goes entirely against his personality.) Like he’d have been a tailor, at least. And likely has other surprising skills too like, idk, fixing shoes and writing Arabic calligraphy.
