Help me decide if I should change my url or not?

weeeeeeeeeeeeee towa muse is coming back (i'm gonna start really iconing the manga soon)

so like, something i've wondered for years actually (like 2021) is sticking with this url. i have a really nice promo image with someone i've fallen out of contact with so that's been part of the reason i still use it, but i've always wondered if it's... maybe a little clunky. also a bit of a leftover bc i made this blog pre-season 2 when i was sure Towa was actually gonna get to carry around Tenseiga and then she never got to use Tenseiga outside of one episode i'm still so fucking mad about this and it's been years ok i need to stop before i rant. but point is it's a bit of an artifact url at this point

so i've been!!! wondering if i should change the url or not. and maybe reach out to my gf to make a new promo banner like she did for @hopesconcept. so!!!

EDIT: nevermind thanks to the amazing @boombambaby i realized how Trim Reblogs more I CAN PROPERLY TRIM MY THREADS

oh so tumblr actually just fucked us good huh??? i thought Trim Reblogs in X-Kit Rewritten would just function like how Editable Reblogs used to, but it apparently doesn't? i thought i saw people being able to clear all reblogs like in the old days including the OP post, but i don't think that's possible anymore?

so anyways- after two reblogs visible in a thread, when i reply to a thread, i will be using the clear reblogs feature to delete the last replies leaving only the OP post! using a thread i just responded to as an example, so currently visible is my OP and then these two reblogs- i'd clear replies next time i got to it if the other person doesn't!

if there actually is a way to trim things the way we used to do it years ago so i can JUST have the last reply in the chain in a post please for the love of god let me know but for now this is how i'm doing it!

ok so i wanted to announce a small-but-major addendum i made to my about the blog section. i wanna be clear this was not prompted by anyone or anything like a shitty ask or anything, and if we're being honest it was probably not necessary for me to state such a thing but i do wanna say it just be safe. this is only relevant when sess/rin is relevant to a thread, but still (gonna put under a readmore just bc trigger mentions), so feel free to not look for mentions of some triggering stuff relating to SA if you don't want to (it's just clarifying what it's not on this blog)

i just want to be say that when sess/rin is relevant to an interaction or thread: it will never be treated as rap.e, inces.t, or grooming and that is not negotiable on this blog. i'm no stranger to exploring and doing really dark themes in RPs but that's almost always in private writing areas, and even then, i don't like it with this ship. even if someone dislikes it is abundantly clear this is not what this was in the narrative. the most i am willing to approach this is with the acknowledge in-character if the other party wants it that rin was by all accounts -especially by our standards (and no people in these time periods didn't pop out babies all the time at 15 either this is also annoying even if it's not relevant here)- a pretty young mother

i am more than find handwaving towa's maternal parentage for the sake of other rpers, i've done that for years now and i've had a blast with it, but given it is the default unless something else comes up i just. yeah i just really want to make it clear the stance on this blog thank you
