Headcanon//Blast From The Past- Sarah Pendragon
Sarah was adopted because William whined about having a younger sister. When he finally got one, he made a fatal mistake: trying out his father's prototype tank with her in the guest's seat (William was pretty reckless at that time). He only had her for 10 hours and he killed her already (in his opinion), even though the police ruled it out as machine malfunction. It was different than Rose; Sarah was someone he didn't want to remember. The billionaire didn't know much about her in the first place, so there's no emotional connection.
Or so he thought.
