MONDAY MOVE OF THE DAY Lat Pulldown with resistance band Since pulling a muscle in my back last month I have been researching back exercises. So here ya go: ▶️Stand with your feet hip-width apart. ▶️Hold the resistance band with your hands shoulder width apart. ▶️Lift the band above your head extending your arms with your palms facing forward keeping your elbow slightly bent. ▶️Exhale as you slowly pull the band down, stopping when your hands are at shoulder level. ▶️While inhaling bring your hands back up to the starting position. ▶️For more resistance start by holding the band with your hands closer together. ▶️Do three sets of 10 reps each READY, MOVE! #moveitmonday #gettingeveryonemoving #backexercises #sportinjuries #resistancebandexercises #over50problems #ovet50fitness #amliattheballpark #gymtime (at AMLI at the Ballpark)
