Last Mother's Day I took a test, not really thinking those 2 pink lines would actually show up. The second line was so faint I had to message my brother to make sure I wasn't being crazy and there actually was a second line there. The next day I was at the doctor having blood work drawn to get it confirmed because of all the losses we knew we would have to start on medication to help my body stay pregnant. This is a picture of the digital test I had to take so my colorblind husband could see it was in fact very positive and we were in fact having our miracle after four previous losses. The picture is after the tears of shock that came through that it really was real and we were expecting our rainbow. I am so glad I have this picture because it shows I won. I beat infertility. After being told I would never get pregnant outside of IUI or IVF by multiple doctors. It reminds me to never give up hope, because sometimes the absolute best surprises and miracles come when you least expect them. I want to go a head and wish a happy mother's day to all the mom's who never got to hold their babies, or had to say goodbye way too soon to their little. You all are the real heroes in my eyes. And to the women who wish they could have children I just want to say never give up, never stop seeking an answer as to why it just isn't happening. For us, it ended up being I just do not ovulate regularly, and had really low progesterone so when I would get pregnant my body couldn't sustain the baby. If your doctor won't look into it, find one who will.
