1. Bounds - X Broad Jump, 1RM
2. Pulls 7 x 3-Pos. Halting Snatch Pulls, Slowly pull from the ground pausing for a full 2 seconds at each position before jumping and shrugging with straight arms.. Focus on the positioning and bar path. The three positions are (1) one inch off the floor, (2) Just above knee, and (3) Pockets.

Skill/Strength: 15 minutes to achieve 3 RM Dumb Bell Snatch (must be able to perform 3 Snatches on L & R) WOD: 3 Rounds: 5 DB Snatches R 5 Over Head Lunges R 5 DB Snatches L 5 Over Head Lunges L 20 Toes 2 Bar My 3 RM ended up being 30, but I probably could have done 35 and possibly RX'd this one. Overall this wasn't too too bad. I'm definitely feeling those lunges in my butt though. And the toes 2 bar were frustrating since I don't have them yet.

I think the last time I did this.... was a while ago with a 10kg plate so I don't have a time to compare it to. Also, I might've repeated a round towards the end when I got to 6-7 oh lunges but better to recount than be short! This was a killer on zi abs!
