These were all good, no misses. Because I was snatching inside in limited overhead space, had to really focus on keeping the bar close.

No issues. Concentrated on staying on my heels for as long as possible, and pushing hard through the legs.
Snatch push press + OH squat (5 + 1)

Was worried about these as catching the bar on my back isn’t the most comfortable position! But they went better than expected. Overhead squats got more comfortable as the sets went on.

Burpees - These were fine, though I did feel twinges of my piriformis playing up so didn’t push the pace too hard.
Power cleans - 45kg. All fine! All rounds unbroken.
Push ups - Felt way harder, though probably because arms were a little fatigued from the burpees beforehand. Some rounds I had to break these reps into two sets.
Air squats - No issues, legs were tired though!
