Does your Amon ever figure out about the Overmind's plan to undermine him with Kerrigan? Also maybe more generally but what would his general feelings/relation with the Overmind be in general? (And how pissed would he be in the hypothetical Starcraft afterlife after all is said and done)

My Amon does figure it out like Canon, but He is too busy throwing dolls and mixing playdough to actually give af. When Narud tells Him to actually look at this, still then thinks ‘nah they can’t do anything to me’ and keeps chilling because we gotta make the perfect species to kill the Xel’naga :)

With the Overmind, He does consider it to be one of His most successful creations, but not the most successful. That goes to His Hybrid, and in fact, the Overmind is more of a prototype for Him to test out the amount of absolute control He could have over a creation. The relationship would be more of a scientist/test subject, but Amon doesn’t care.

He’s using the Overmind as a tool and nothing else, He doesn’t care about the Zerg because they aren’t [perfect] enough for Him. When the Overmind died, Amon fr just went alright that’s more proof that this concept needed more refinement, and led Him to His Hybrid projects but also the creation of Amon’s Champion (who is a clone of Ma’lash here and actually gets lore in my AUs).

In the afterlife (for my Canon Divergent AU) we got the whole squad here that are pissy about what happened-
