You know, unless it’s a version of Superman lore where Krypton isn’t a “super earth,” Kryptonians who weren’t raised on Earth should still be stronger and tougher than Earthlings even under the light of a red sun.

But also, if that were the case, Kal-El would be like a Belter to those raised on Krypton, even if he had been working out.
