I know it’s not canon (yet?) but I feel like it’s pretty widely accepted in the fandom that Moira worked with Angela on at least one project and more than likely it was on the healing staff.

And in my mind, Moira’s contribution to the staff was making sure that when the nanotechnology helped rebuild cellular structures they didn’t accidentally make cancerous cells. Or if they did, that they recognized the affected cells immediately, destroyed them and then tried again.

And in my addled mind that leads to something like this:

Morrison: -and another thing! You’ve not contributed anything major to Overwatch while you’ve been here! You are a terrible doctor and a useless scientist!

Moira: *lounging sideways in an armchair, watching anime on her tablet, eating pocky, and drinking a lychee flavored ramune* How many times have you been healed by Angela’s nanotechnology in the past month alone?

Morrison: ...What does that-

Moira: And how many different types of cancer have you been diagnosed with?

Morrison: ...None? But-

Moira: You’re welcome. *goes back to watching anime*
