Fascination (Mermaid! Au)
A woman laid on a rock near the shore. The ocean waves splashed against it as she stared off at the beach. She tried her best not to make herself stick out the rocks, peeking from the edges.
“Mikaela, would you stop it with your obsession with those humans?” A familiar voice called out to her. She jumped slightly, startled. She turned to face the creature behind her.
“But they’re just so interesting to see,” she replied, pouting. Her companion raised his eyebrow.
“What exactly makes them so interesting to you?” He asked. The woman shrugged.
“Their legs are so pretty, and they have such weird objects from their world, and— uh, they seem to wrap themselves in something for some reason… Maybe it’s for protection?” She listed off. The brunette male sighed.
“First of all, you already have one of the most colourful tails in our kingdom. Why would legs be so pretty to you? And second of all, you already have a collection of all the human objects you can get,” he said. He glanced at her shimmering tail of turquoise, sky blue, lavender, and light pink.
“Yes, but look at all the things they can do with their legs. They can move them so differently than a merperson. Plus, I want to see every human object they have! I don’t even know what the objects in my collection are for and I really want to know,” she answered back. The merman began to get frustrated.
“Jus-Just come with me already!” He stuttered angrily, dragging her back to the ocean. “Her Highness is looking for you.” He added. Mikaela gulped. Usually her aunt would be busy with her duties.
The two swam past a golden gate and into the castle, entering the throne room. Her aunt looked up, seated on the throne. She did not look very happy, and it wasn’t an often occurrence for her to look like that.
“Mikaela, I’ve been informed that you’ve been sneaking off to meet a human,” The woman said. “Human” being spat out viciously. “Who might this human be?” She asked.
“I wasn't—”
“Don’t you dare lie to me,” The Queen interrupted, glaring at her niece. Mikaela started to tremble lightly, nodding. Maiah was scary when she’s angry. It would be best if she did tell the truth.
“Yes, I have been meeting with some humans. But they’ve been nothing but absolutely kind to me. He even saved me from those fishermen!” Mikaela answered. Her aunt rose her eyebrow in scrutiny.
“Go on,” she said.

“Let me go!” The mermaid screamed as she was pulled up in a net. She struggled to get free. The men had stared at her in astonishment, ignoring her screams.
“Ey, boss. How much do you think she’s worth?” The shorter one had asked. His breath stunk— not that Mikaela would really know though, being pretty fishy and all.
“Oh come on, it’s a mermaid! Everyone’s gonna wanna see ‘er! We’d be filthy rich!” The rugged man had exclaimed, taking a stick and poking at her tail. She flinched back at the contact, trembling. They drove the boat back to the piers, carrying her off.
“Help! Please!” Mikaela cried out, struggling even further. She had been starting regret how she had been trying to get closer to the humans. If she hadn’t gone to the shore, she wouldn’t have gotten tangled in the net on her way.
She had spotted a blond male nearby, standing next to him was a dark haired male. Her cries became louder.
“Help me! Please!”
The blond turned to find a strange creature to be caught in a net, being carried by a group of men. His eyebrows furrowed.
“Reyes, look,” he called out to his companion, nudging him lightly. The dark haired male turned and looked. He squinted.
“What is that?” He asked.
“I don’t know, but it clearly doesn’t like being trapped in a net,” the blond replied.
“What do you suggest we do, Morrison?” The dark haired male raised his eyebrow.
Jack just walked over to the men and tapped the shoulder of the closest one.
“Excuse me, sir. I believe that what you are holding right now belongs to Overwatch,” he said. The fishermen looked at him in confusion, they looked down at his uniform. “We came here to inform you that this entire area is closed for research purposes,” He added, showing the seal of approval from the owner. “Now please let the net go.”
The fishermen had begrudgingly complied, glaring at the blond. The net was dropped down to the ground, earning a squeak from the creature tangled up in it.
Jack down down at the net curiously. He bent down and untangled it, opening it up to reveal the mermaid. His eyes widened in shock. The mermaid had been shaking like a leaf in a storm the entire time.
“Gabe!” He called out to his friend. Gabriel had walked towards him, seeing the female. His eyes widened to a similar size.
“A mermaid..?” He trailed off, unsure. Maybe it was just some lunatic in a costume. Once Mikaela had snapped to her senses, realising that she had been rescued, she gave a grateful smile.
“Thank you for saving me!” She exclaimed. The two males in front of her glanced at each other.
“Why exactly were those fishermen carrying you in a net?” Jack asked, looking her up and down. Her tail didn’t look to be anything fake. His scanner didn’t pick up anything fishy about it.
“They wanted to sell me…” Mikaela mumbled, not exactly sure. She didn’t really understand the situation.
“And who are you?” Gabriel asked, narrowing his eyes at her.
“Mikaela Silvina, of the Silvus Kingdom,” she answered. He rubbed his chin in thought.
“So you’re a mermaid?” She nodded. Suddenly, she began to cough and hack, not getting the water she needed to sustain life any longer. Her struggling came back. She pointed at the sea as she coughed. The two commanders looked to the sea and remembered that she’s half a fish. Gabriel scooped her up in his arms and rushed towards the water, letting her down on it when he got there.
“Anyway…” the blond started, “I’m Jack Morrison.”
“My name is Gabriel Reyes,” his companion introduced himself as well, nodding. Mikaela smiled. This seemed to be the start of something very nice.

PotG: Althea Torres as Prince (or Princess) Charming
"Would you like me to find a suitable person to save her?" I looked up at the magic mirror named Athena as I laid Mikaela down on a comfy bed. I was able to put the Evil Queen behind bars. Being a fairy had its perks. I nodded and said, "Yes, thank you." I still wondered as to why Mikaela had been poisoned. It's not exactly like she's actually the "Fairest of them all". No, she wasn't all that beautiful either. She may be attractive in a way, but she's not the most attractive person in all the land. What did she have that the Evil Queen wanted her dead for? "Here is the list of suitable people," Athena said and showed a list on the mirror. "I'm not sure if they're going to agree to kiss a woman they've never met before..." "Tell them that she'll die if they don't," the magic mirror quipped. Oh. I don't want to force anyone, but it's my duty as a fairy godmother to help my godchildren. I sighed. "Who's first on the list?" I asked. "Althea Torres. A librarian that lives in the nearest village. Black hair and dark brown eyes. She's very down to earth, kind, and open-minded," Athena replied. I snickered. Of course it would be that librarian. I should've looked at the list first before worrying. I stood up and was on my way after thanking Athena. ~*~*~*~*~*~ "Dying?!" The librarian exclaimed, her eyes wide in shock. "Yeah... The Evil Queen wanted her dead so she gave her a poisoned apple and she actually ate it and only "True Love"'s kiss can save her," I said, palming my face. The woman blushed. "I... didn't know she felt that way," she mumbled, looking down. "Let's go before she does die!" I tried to drag the woman but then I remembered I could teleport. I facepalmed again. POOF! We were in the room now, Mikaela was still on the bed. Either dead or sleeping. Probably both. Althea looked down at her, her mouth agape. "Alright, now kiss," "But—" "JUST DO IT!" The librarian leaned downward and kissed her before pulling away quickly in embarrassment. I squinted. Yeah, I'm not sure that's enough. The body laying on the bed shifted. Mikaela's eyes fluttered open. Oh, looks like I'm wrong again. She looked up in confusion. "What happened?" She asked. "You were being stupid, ate the apple that creepy old lady gave you, almost died, Athena told me to get Althea, so I got Althea, she kissed you, and now you're alive," I bluntly explained. The two women in the room blushed. "O-Oh..." Mikaela whispered. She sheepishly looked up at the said woman, smiling softly. "Thank you."
PotG: Marilin as Fairy Godmother
Aw yeahh happy birthday to me! — Mod Marilin I sat down on the comfy chairs of the cafe when I entered. I had a a small— Well, not really small if other people look into it a certain way, dilemma. One of my godchildren was having her 16th birthday and I was put in charge of the party. I was able to easily poof up the decorations, invitations, food, drinks, etc. But there's one thing I couldn't do. And that was decision making. The whole design of the dress I made for her was perfect. I made all the considerations. Not too tight, not too loose, complimented her form well, had a soft fabric, was cool and airy, and wasn't too heavy. The only problem was that I couldn't decide what colour best went with the dress, pink or blue? I sighed as I looked up at the hatter coming toward my table. She had her eyebrow raised and her wrist on her hip. "What is it this time?" She asked. "Can't decide what colour to use for Briar's birthday." Now both her eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Oh dear, I forgot her birthdate again!" She exclaimed, running back to the staff room. "I need to make her gift ASAP!" "Mika, wait—" And she was gone. Dammit. Looks like I'm alone on this one. I stood up and left the cafe even though I literally got nothing from it. I rubbed my chin rapidly as if it would give me an answer. I snapped my fingers. Aha! I laid my thin wand down on the fabric of the dress. I cleared my throat a few times. I opened my mouth and said, "Bippity boppity boo!" POOF! The wand levitated from the dress, leaving small puffs of glitter as it got higher. It got closer to my face and smacked me. Okay. Ouch. I didn't think my wand would hit me if I gave it a mind of its own. It shook as if to scold me and spun toward the dress, dipping down to "look" at it. It suddenly fell on the dress, a huge puff of glitter covered it. I coughed, fanning the glitter away from my face. Sometimes, my own style causes me these troubles. But then, screw it. I look fabulous. The glitter cleared and revealed the dress. It was this... interesting mix of pastel pink and baby blue. Heck, the colours were moving and mixing. Huh, why not both? I did not think of that... I picked up my wand and grinned at it, giving a laugh. For a godmother, I'm pretty stupid.

Dollhouse (Chapter 8)
I sat down on the chair with Aunt Maiah. She looked absolutely giddy while I, on the other hand, was nervous. Like seriously, I’ve been with Hanzo long enough to know that he hates me. It has been three days after that day and most of what he’s done is glare at me (and Mccree) and throw in some sort of insult towards humans. I’ve heard him mutter about demons being more superior to humans and that it’s ridiculous and humiliating to have to become one’s servant, especially mine.
And speaking of Mccree, he has immediately started living in the mansion. For now, we were just practicing basic self defence. I was pretty good at it. I remember the first session I had with the hunter.
~•~•~•~•~•~•~
“Hey, ya’ ain’t half bad at this..” Mccree drawled as I sat on my bum, exhausted and defeated. I looked up in surprise.
“Are you kidding me?! I keep losing!” I exclaimed.
“Well, yer definitely better than those pampered princesses I’ve met. You’re not too bad,” the hunter smirked, “I’m just good.”
I didn’t know wether to believe him or not, but then he’s quite confident in his skill. I decided to get motivation from his words anyway and grinned, continuing my training with more enthusiasm.
~•~•~•~•~•~•~
“My apologies for being late, Mika. Something had delayed my trip,” a familiar voice rang in my ears and I swiftly turned to see… Hanzo? Damn..
He looked human. Black hair that was still pulled up in a ponytail by the same yellow tie, nicely tanned skin, and such deep dark brown eyes. I couldn’t help but stare at them quite a bit.
I have no idea why I liked looking into people’s eyes so much. I’d probably be the first to die to Medusa if she came up. But something about the eyes seem so special to me. I guess I can understand the saying “The eyes are the windows to the soul”.
“Oh, you must be the guy my niece has been seeing!” Auntie Mai chirped. “And what’s your name exactly? Mika never told me.”
“My name is Hanzo Shimada, it is very much pleasured to meet you,” the demon replied. I turned to the side and bit my lip. Oh god oh god oh god….
I turned back and smiled. Hanzo suddenly took my hand and kissed it lightly.
“You are looking as lovely as ever, my love,” he said, looking up at me with those *cough*fake*cough* lovely eyes of his. Honestly, this is both very humorous and awkward for me. Humorous, because it’s an interesting change to see him act so charming rather than his usual brooding self. Awkward, because I’m not used to this affection from a guy.
This is going to be weird
Miss Match! (Chapter 2)
Everything stopped. "W-What?" I asked, not believing my ears. Did Genji just... ask me to get rid of the "competition"? I didn't want to get rid of Angie's harem. She needs it! "You... don't mean to kill them... right?" I asked him, nervously. I had been overjoyed that I'll get to make my OTP happen, but I didn't want to do at the cost of my friends' lives. "I do," Genji replied, looking down at me. The atmosphere had changed. Something so... obsessive seemed to be coming from him. It made my gut wrench in pain. This was the first time I've felt this scared since I got trapped into another dimension. This isn't what I want. This isn't what I want "Genji, please. Think about Angela. What would she think if she finds out?" I said, trying not to look too scared. "Then she won't find out," he replied. I suddenly felt something sharp poke at my neck. "Especially if you'll be dead before you know it." I felt tears prickle the corners of my eyes. I gulped, trying to hold back my tears. I can't die just yet... I can't. "What if I just redirected their affections to someone else?" I tried to negotiate. "Yeah... I do ship Jesse with Hanzo, and Widowmaker with Lena, and Reaper with Soldier: 76." Genji sunk his sword onto my neck. I closed my eyes, not wanting to watch my "friend" kill me. But then the feeling disappeared. I touched my neck, relieved. "Perhaps you are right," He said. "But tell her of any of this then you will be killed." I nodded. "Good luck," The cyborg said and left me here. I gave a choked sigh, covering my mouth. I felt nauseous. I can't believe Genji just tried to kill me, and the others. I couldn't hold my tears in anymore and sunk to the ground, crying my nonexistent heart out. I tried looking at the bright side of this. Like— Hey! You get to make all your ships happen! This is a dream come true for you! Yeah, yeah. I know, me. But how would you feel if you were threatened to be killed by who you thought was a good friend of yours if you didn't kill all your other friends. Dude, we're literally the same person. Oh yeah...
Miss Match! (Chapter 1)
Angela was known to be very likeable, Genji knew that. Unfortunately, that fact proved to have many obstacles in his path. Many people had their eyes on the sweet doctor. These people included Pharah, Mccree, Soldier: 76, even Widowmaker and Reaper!
The cyborg knew he needed help. He was skilled, being a cyborg ninja and all that, but knew when he’d need help with something. And he knew exactly who could help.
“Mikaela, I need to talk to you,” Genji said, “In private.” Mikaela was a good friend of his and she supported his liking for Mercy. She “ships” it, she says.
“Hm? Sure,” She said, giving a curious look. Not only those things, the girl also had the cleanest kills. The portal jumper just pushes her enemies in portals and their bodies immediately rot in there, no evidence can be left. Genji nodded and took her to a quiet area in base. He turned to her and said,
“I need help.”
“Oh! Are you injured?” Paradox asked. As a healer, it was sort of just natural for her to wonder that first if someone ever asks her for help. The cyborg shook his head.
“You know that I love Angela, right?” She giddily nodded, holding her hands together. “I need your help with her,” Genji said.
“YES!” Paradox squealed and jumped around in circles. Genji watched with slight amusement. Time to see her reaction to this,
“I need you to eliminate the competition.”
Everything stopped
