FOXGLOVE: Name three facts about your family?
“My family? Well, I learned how to fight from my father. I used to joke with him that he wanted a son but had me instead, but I’m happy that he didn’t treat me differently because I’m a girl. My mom always fussed over me right before I participated in tournaments. I used to hate it, but it became a routine between the two of us. The night before we’d polish my armor and make sure all my equipment was ready to go. And lastly, they came with me to visit Beacon before I decided to attend school here. I think they were overwhelmed because neither of them had ever left Mistral. I don’t think they wanted me to leave, but once they saw how much I loved it, they relented.”
DAISY: How old were you when you had your first kiss?
“One of my classmates in grade school ran up to me on the playground and kissed me on a dare. He had a girlfriend at the time and she broke up and demanded that no one shares their animal crackers with him. We were seven.”
