What is oxidative damage? Oxidative Stress is an imbalance of free radicals and antioxidants in the body which causes tissue and cell damage. Oxidative stress occurs naturally and plays a role in the aging process.
Oxidative stress is essentially an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the ability of the body to dexify their harmful through neutralization by antioxidants. Antioxidants work as a body army. you need a solid army to protect against too many free radicals which creates oxidative stress.
