Today I made sweet potato oyaki (little pancake thingies with filling) filled with seasoned ground pork. The rest, well u can see it's just a bunch of veg and strawberries. I'm trying to use up the berries, I bought kinda too many🙃 Anyway the recipes I've been using are all on justbento.com which I'd recommend to anyone looking for some quick and healthy ideas for lunch👌

去年の秋、長野のアンテナショップ<銀座NAGANO>で買った「門前おやき」。

冷凍だったからずーっと冷凍庫に入れてて、ちょっと前にやっと食べました💧

門前おやきのロゴマークがパターン柄になったパッケージ。マークはすごく単純な形だけど、人が大きく口を開けた様子にも見えて（どーもくん的な）、あどけない感じがしました。それがカラフルなパターン柄になり、さらにかわいく見えて🌸

おやきは信州の郷土食。小麦粉で練った皮に、野沢菜やきんぴら、かぼちゃ、あんこなど様々なものが入っています。初めて長野で食べたとき美味しくって、これ肉まんくらい全国で食べれてもいいなと思いました。いつものお昼ごはんにしたい😌✨

まだ置いてるかなぁ。このタイプはネットでは全然出てこなかったので、もし店舗で見かけたら見てみてくださーい🙋🏻‍♀️

長野のおやきが美味しい // Tasty Nagano Oyaki One of my favorite things to get in Nagano! Steamed bread filled with delicious fillings. Nozawana leaves, stewed eggplant, and adzuki bean are the standards but this time I also got to try dried daikon, kabocha squash, and sweet apple (not pictured). I highly recommend looking for them if you’re in the area!
