Meal prep (from 11th to 15th of may 2020)
I am going back to work and the gym this week so I planned and meal prepped all my main meals, I will also have a bunch of snacks that you will see in my daily posts ! I am ready and motivated to slay my goals! 💪
Weetabix, soy milk, vanilla soy yogurt, red berries, banana and cinnamon (for some days I added salted peanut butter to fit my macros 😉)
