Typhoon Cookie (Primal Kyogre inspired Cookie)
Lady of the storm and twin sister to Layered Quake Cookie. She's no sea god but she gets along with Sea Fairy well enough. She has a calm and even temperament like a gentle spring shower. Near always covered by her veil that flows like an incoming blanket of rain. She loves music, singing and dancing to beats. Very competitive with her sister and they duel a lot but they love each other deeply with a "Only I can do that" attitude.
She doesn't fall in love easily and when your get her temper going that's when the storms start to kick up, at her angriest lightning flashes and a massive hurricane can form. Very few cookies can calm her out of this state, though she is forgiving provided you prove you're worth that forgiveness.
Among the power to make storms, Typhoon can also possess others with the help of magic and a special gemstone she lost. Though she's glad she lost it as she hates the idea of controlling people, her sister has the same ability and equally dislikes it. (If you know what this is references, good job!)
Ozone Dragon Cookie (Mega Rayquaza inspired cookie)
A dragon of the sky who migrates around Earthbread, with the power of mighty winds and can even break the atmosphere they RARELY interact with cookies or other dragons. They're similar to Lotus in body shape but think of it more as a sky variation of the water dragon. He also has the power to lay on clouds and even give the ability to others. He's the adopted parent of Typhoon and Quake.
Ozone is NORMALLY calm and laid back, going with the flow and a "It is what it is" attitude. That is until one day he heard two VERY LOUD voices screaming at each other from the clouds…and said clouds changing and shifting. He looked and saw two little cookie girls yelling at each other over something only a child would find important. Then he realized their emotions were controlling the weather, so he flew on down and like a dragon with their naughty offspring roared to catch their attention. It took a bit to calm them down and tell them that he wasn't threatening them but trying to get them to stop fighting.
The day ended with him leaving them in a big tree trunk and told them to behave before leaving.
Next day they sat at that same cliff for hours, putting together their little brain cells they realized they could probably get Mr Dragon back down here if they started yelling again. They argued but he didn't show up, Ozone had already continued his natural migration and was elsewhere. The little ones continued their natural wandering as legendary cookies with no true home do, surprisingly got rather far before they found another thing to fight about. Causing a REALLY bad weather effect (Think of the storms and droughts from Pokemon Emerald).
Ozone wasn't EXACTLY in that location but it caught his attention, they flew and saw them glowing, literally. Roaring didn't get their attention so he had to force it by using his own abilities to briefly disband what they were doing for a few seconds to get them to freaking listen. When they finally noticed they shot towards the dragon and embraced them. Ozone then accepted their fate that he didn't adopt these children. They adopted him.
Ozone granted them their cloud walking ability cause he always sleeps up in the clouds but normally cookies can't do that and they didn't like sleeping without them. Super unuse to sharing a cloud let alone with two destructive kids he never planned to have but after the first few days the two became his most precious treasures. Ozone still likes to act like they don't enjoy the girls bugging them but it's far from the truth as he'd launch down from the sky in a heartbeat to protect them.
