42. I have a question of my own!

ahaha i think youre supposed to give me your question here! just send me another ask with it and i’ll answer c:

40. What do they wonder about? What sparks their curiosity and imagination, and why? How is this expressed, if it is?

Eres has always just been curious about whatever lay beyond Eternity’s Shore ((the place where the gods/godesses of my plot reside)) so when she renegaded to...Earth? idk if it’d even be called that but sure, she was just fascinated with the ‘mortals’ that she met. so much so that she never spent much time in one place, sorta living her life by travelling from one companion to the next. Eres is emotionally clumsy, she only really feels an emotion if it would normally be ‘extreme’ for a normal person so shes vaguely guessing at how she should feel a lot of the time but,,, she did have two children ((with two different guys)) in a strange way that was her way of expressing her curiosity of mortals lmao shes a strange one, shes also pretty curious about a particular bard and his particular dancer and often stares from somewhere unseen at their performances. Music wasnt exactly a thing where shes from so she doesnt quite understand why shes drawn to it but she’s learning slowly

now questions 1-10 are going under a read more ahaha and man i cant choose my fave oc so i used a random generator and it gave me Celeste ((Eres’ sister lmao)) so here we gooo

1. How do they move and carry themselves? Pace, rhythm, gestures, energy?

Celeste is sluggish and pretty lethargic most of the time so shes very low energy and usually pretty grumpy. She walks very much at her own pace and most of her movements are pretty slow aha

2. How much physical space do they use, active and at rest?

she makes a mess and doesnt often much care about it ((its not a big deal to her)) so probably a little more than she should but not a lot ahaha she doesnt move around much ((or not until she meets Barnaby))

3. How do they position themselves in a group? Do they like to be the center of attention, or do they hang back at the edges of a crowd?

She actively avoids groups but if she had to choose she’d rather be at the edge ((but in reality she’d end up at the back bc she walks slowly))

4. What is their size and build? How does it influence how they use their body, if it does?

shes a little broad, a little chubby, and a little awkward aha shes around 5″5

she was born sickly thanks the Eres’ accidental curse incident so thats more what makes her slow and tense rather than her size and build

5. How do they dress? What styles, colors, accessories, and other possessions do they favor? Why?

She dresses in what’s comfortable as opposed to what looks the best in all honesty, up until Barnaby she had nobody to impress and after meeting Barnaby... she brushes her hair lmao though she did have a ring on a necklace given to her by her mother in a sort of sad attempt at showing support which Celeste didn’t seem grateful for but never let go of until she entrusted it to Barnaby who then passed it on to Sachiel. She tends to favour more neutral colours when it comes to clothes, nothing that stands out

6. What are they like in motion–in different environments, and in different activities? What causes the differences between these?

Clumsy, clumsy, and clumsy. Barnaby tried to dance with her and she stepped all over his toes RIP

7. How do they physically engage with other people, inanimate objects, and their environment? What causes the differences between these?

As a general she doesn’t like to be touched, she’ll physically recoil like a cat ahaha though when she feels comfortable with Barnaby he cant prise her off of him. as for inanimate objects she’s rather heavy-handed, though this seems to be more of a choice as when it comes to the few things she does want to be careful with she can be.

8. Where and when do they seem most and least at ease? Why? How can you tell?

Least at ease is outside, she hates being in the open air and if shes caught out there she’ll find herself tense and snappy. She’ll walk with her shoulders sorta raised and march towards the nearest door. Most comfortable is probably in her room where she’ll just sorta sit and read in her own company. She’s fairly simple.

9. How do they manifest energy, exhaustion, tension, or other strong emotions?

Celeste will yell, snap, maybe even hurt people ((not too badly)) or if something has genuinely hurt her more than usual she’ll curl up into a small ball on the floor and cry. When she’s exhausted she’ll go a lot quiter than usual and less argumentative, she just keeps her head down.

10. What energizes and drains them most?

Celseste is sorta like a battery, she needs charging time alone. She never really has an abundance of energy due to her sickness but Barnaby has managed to coax some life from her on occasion ahaha As for draining her it’s being around people who are lively and ask a lot of her, she’d rather just zone out and ignore them entirely
