as much flak as the persona dancing games get for being silly tie ins, I really appreciate that they don't magically turn all the characters into great dancers

like Futaba and Ryuji are both not great at this whole thing, but both in their own ways that is reflective of their personalities

it really is a level of care I was not expecting for a dance spinoff game.

I haven't really played p4 or p3 dancing so I can't say if they have a similar commitment to the bit but I hope so

Yusuke Kitagawa is one of those social links I will NEVER skip dialogue, no matter how many times I play. He speaks directly to my soul and goes through similar struggles as me. The art block is real when you realize how superficial the art world is, makes you wonder what the point of being a part of it is. But he stays determined and passionate about his art. He won’t settle for mediocrity, he’s always thinking about how he can improve his work.

Starting a new medium is daunting when everyone else online seems to know what they’re doing, but I’m willing to get through the awkward stages of art in order to create something I’m really proud of. Now that I’ve moved into the digital art world my skills can become more practical and I can make a living with this.

Anyway I say all that to say this: here’s my drawing of Yusuke, I love him dearly.
