PA School Subjects

Major Subjects:

Magic History - Students learn the history of all kinds of magic. These types of magic include Elemental, Unique, and Theme. The teacher of this class is Mylo Aaldenberg.

Ancient Spells - Students learn spells from years way before they were born (for the most part). The teacher of this class is Laurence Hopps.

Basic Magic - Typically a class only taken by first years. The class teaches the basics of Elemental Magic. The teacher of this class is Manny Rae.

General Magic - A class years 1-3 take. It teaches all forms of magic, the pros and cons of certain magic, and the dangers of all types of magic. The teacher of this class is Manny Rae.

Alchemy - A class where students take a crack at potions and things of that realm. The teacher of this class is Mylo Aaldenberg.

Fantastical Creatures - A class where students learn about different creatures, magical or not. They're able to touch them and interact with them as a form of studying. The teacher of this class is Laurence Hopps.

PE Subjects:

Flying - The students try to fly on brooms. The teacher of this class is Manny Rae.

Magic Shift/Magift - This class is not taught as much due to Polere typically staying out of Magift games. It's teacher is Manny Rae.

Gym - A standard gym class. It takes place in a big gymnasium with a swimming pool (typically used by Brieek students). The teacher of this class is Manny Rae.

Balloon Flying - A class like the normal Flying class but instead of brooms it's balloons. This class is taught by Mylo Aaldenberg.

Dorm-Specific Subjects:

Memory Control - A class taken by Affione students. They learn how to control memories of others and the right time to do so.

Basic Humans - A class taken by Beheneous students. They learn the basic human body and how it works.

Ocean Safety - A class taken by Brieek students. They learn about the dangers of the sea and what to do when facing certain creatures.

Home-Ec - A class taken by Culiro students. They learn cooking skills and tend to pass out the food they make to other students.

Hiking - A class taken by Diriven students. They go to the mountains that reside outside of Polere and take a hike, learning about nature as they go.

Garbage Duty - A class taken by Sopiety students. Due to most students in Sopiety being garbage duty robots, they learn how to put away certain trash.

Doll Etiquette - A class taken by Mariomate students. They learn how to act like a doll when others who don't know they can function like a normal person see them. This is because almost every student in Mariomate tends to be a doll.

All of the Dorm-Specific classes are taught by Caylie Aaldenberg. The classes alternate every day.

Pepper Ann birthday headcanons:

Milo- May 11- I headcanon him as a Taurus, given what he says about Becky being a Pisces, and it makes sense from what I read. May 11 for him bevause it is the birthday of Salvador Dalí and he has a tribute to the melting clocks. It makes him the eldest of the trio

Nicky- July 21, based on her prison uniform in Nicky Gone Bad which says 7/21, Cancer fitting her well.

Pepper Ann- August 24- Based on her house number, and 12 x 2 being 24. She also has a lot of Leo energy

I had some name headcanons for the trio at the end

Charli (formerly Lottie) Abe, and Penny (Jennifer Penelope)

They all have theming around money because in some ways I imagine they were "luckier" in terms lf their overall dynamic, they all share green in their color pallete too

They have 5 seconds of screentime But i love them dearly

Also, because they were 12 around 2013 when the reunion takes place, this makes them all Gen Z kids- did they play the Fuzzy World MMO?

I have this crack theory within canon that Nicky has a hypnotic gaze and has psychic powers (and many in Hazelnut due to a certain extent) and her powers are why she practices music, the music breaks the hypno state. She has a strong sense of musicality and time is one of her weaknesses. At the same time, like Ella from Ella Enchanted if given a command by an authority figure or someone she respects, she will follow it. Hazelnut is full of fair folk:

Nicky also has a strong biological sense of time and is somewhat attuned, can run very fast and yet limited in psychic ability & spacial sense. She doesn't know her own strength and sucks within team sports but still has physical strengths, as if the spontaneity and unexpected of sports was part of why it was challenging- not just coordination. Nicky is also seen to have predictive skills and awareness and a strong sense of metacogniton (self awareness) but also sometimes seems oblivious and selective, missing key details she is not paying attention to

In the first clip, which I find one of the most weirdest moments of the show- she has the goggles off for most of it then has them off. She says she'll make excuses for Pepper Ann but instead uses her hypnotic powers to influence Hickey but must keep him distracted.

When Nicky lies, her lies are often elaborate and her truths are simple and straightforward. Within this theory it's possible Nicky's ability causes the plot in Crush and Burn to go intensely as it does. Nicky is able to lie convincingly but the lies must be complicated. Hickey is very susceptible to lying and is also known to believe things that aren't true in unusual suspects as well. Nicky has the reputation to tell the truth, but is a very indirect person and isn't above trickery.

Hickey, also has a strong psychic ability but on a more subtle note. His authority and mere presence give him an advantage over many students. He's not evil, he's just a middle school principal. His motives are control but he is not malicious. But, there are other people who have abilities who have purely selfish notions and spirits from "beyond" who I believe are all the one off characters. Brenda has the ability to cause terror and strong annoyance, Amber can manipulate others into loving her, Effie has direct control over others. Nicky's spiritual powers are usually benevolent because of her pride and empathy.

She doesn't need to use a trigger word to influence others as well with her powers.

Nicky Little feels like a half fae to me in canon ngl, with her family also having a fae lineage... Nicky I feel has a strong influence on her parents as well, inheriting the fae magic. I also feel that Nicky's powers actually get worse during the series. Nicky covers her eye because of it's powers and the bangs are sort of like an extension of her, is put into music lessons to control the powers & be raised as a prodigy student, has abilities that maintain control over others temporarily. Her parents never seem to be harsh openly with her nor give advice, even during her "bad phase". They allow her to get piercings and have these phases and seem to have a lot of trust in her. But she can do their jobs better than them, and so they are jealous of her. Her family never communicates their true feelings directly to her specifically. Her weakness is misdirection even if she can misdirect herself as she is highly attuned to herself, but in many ways- isn't. She has a strong sense of hope in her heart because of her predictive sense over whether an event can happen to be good or bad in season 2 that leaves as her powers diminish. I also think Stuart is weak to her influence, in general or any sort of magic shenanigan. Nicky lives a funner life Pepper Ann but has a soft spot for any sort of trickery or prank because of her fae genetics. "A practical joke reminds us that we're human, if we can't laugh we're doomed." Nicky, I feel also has a natural sense of distrust for others, and is private in many ways for her own self preservation but also is very protective of others for mutual benefit. Almost every Little has a fascination with music, yet without the community aspect and is sort of unaware of their own vanity. Nicky also turned out to be the brains and Becky the brawn, like those labels were assigned to them- but they got the opposite dominant traits. Nicky's family seems to be purely brainy and not at all spiritual (Halloween episode and how she talks about religion in TGB), but Nicky for some reason as a character doubts psychological expertise. She wants to figure out things on her own and compromise when all else fails. She's naturally distrusting but also strongly influenced.

Her family lineage is tied to Hazelnut, and I believe they feel a spiritual connection to the area and a natural magnetism to it even if they move away for so long. Nicky is also able to manipulate her self image to others to be purely "good" yet if she isn't confident it's weak- and is aware of energy of both living and objects such as books and media. She knows how to be pleasant but never seen as dorky to the public outside of her connections to Pepper Ann, no matter what and that's why she doesn't mind being seen at Abe's Mall. There are other "spirit/fairy people" in Hazelnut and a large majority of people in the nutropolitan era are these types of people. I also feel and the Channel 96 TV station is operated by fae people. Hazelnut has a natural fairy magic to it as well, and that explains the odd coincidences that happen in the show- why there is a superhero that looks like PA and Nicky and it's really never called intention to (energy manifestation/projections). Pepper Ann having a huge family tree and trees being a powerful magical item within Hazelnut. Sure the main symbol is a nut for craziness but there's also mention of the "tri seed area" as well as nuts being baby trees. The existence of magic comets and other things tie into the existence of powers and supernatural to this world

Nicky's name often being forgotten slightly is a consequence of her strong warding and protection ability. When people remember it they do. Perhaps people forgot Stuart because of her powers and influence

The powers Nicky has are weakened by her relationships and time/memory/self/willpower. She is very much "when there is a will there is a way"- a growth character in a fixed mindset/world

Sopiety - Founded by the Love of the Kind Robot. This dorm excells at Garbage Duty.

Mariomate - Founded by the Family of Loving Toys. This dorm excells at Doll Etiquette.

PA Concepts 1(?)

• The school pick-up system is like NRC with the carriages but instead of it being carriages and coffins, it's balloons and clouds. You get picked up in a carriage but the carriage is floating with a bunch of balloons and instead of a coffin it's a fluffy cloud. The carriage is a pale beige with rainbow accents.

• The school has two main uniforms, the dorm uniform and the general school uniform for classes. Other uniforms include possible club uniform and PE uniform. The general school uniform can be altered (to a certain extent) if given permission by the headmistress.

-> The main basis is a white button-up shirt (can be long sleeve or short sleeve), a bow or tie, skirt, pants, or shorts (whichever the student prefers), and a vest with the respective dorm color. A hair pin or brooch of a balloon to also show your dorm. Blazers, jackets, and cardigans are all accepted.

• Something exclusive to PA is themes. Each dorm is assigned a theme and they stick to that chosen theme. The themes play a role in events more often then not. Affione's theme is Emotions, Beheneous' theme is Protection, Brieek's theme is Yearning, Culiro's theme is Dream, Diriven's theme is Adventure, Sopiety's theme is Love, and Mariomate's theme is Family.

• The main subjects in PA are Magic History, Ancient Spells, Basic Magic, General Magic, Alchemy, and Fantastical Creatures.

• PA's neighboring schools are NRC and RSA. While it isn't necessarily a rival of either, PA still interacts with the other two schools on many occasions. PA is also the only school of the three to have two names instead of three (i.e Night Raven College).
