Clock Pace

Twelve is the top of the clock,

And six is the bottom.

 .

Fifteen and forty-five

Are three and nine

So add or subtract by quarters.

But thirty means half

And half and half.

 .

On the minute, the hand never moves.

Thirty plus thirty is one hundred.

Fifteen plus fifteen is one half.

 .

Five means breathe out and in once, slowly.

Fifteen means try to relax.

Forty-five means something is probably wrong.
