I've seen plenty of resources on where to get or make packers but not a single one has taught me how to not look stupid while trying to wear one

making this another post just to get it out there and i really want to talk about someone with it
but one of the things thats getting to me now is that theres no real great solution to prosthetics in the pool, bath or sports, let me break this down.
the two types people use(or whats most recommended) are silicone and diys with fabric or yarn. silicone because its the only skin like material that can be properly sterilized and cleaned, it also lasts the longest and is the most realistic(thats if you get a silicone soft enough, if you have to powder it then its soft enough) it can be repaired too, with sil-poxy.(this is a toxic finicky chemical please dont attempt this without looking up proper safety guides first, i have explanations and guides on my blog in the masterlist) and theres adhesive to adhere it so you dont have to use straps or bras if thats not your thing(also lets you keep the prosthetic on while naked ei sleeping naked, showering if you have ph neutral body soap)
i got off topic uhhh im saying you cant bring them into bubblebaths or the pool becasue the liquid isnt ph neutral, bubblebaths arent ph neutral and neither is chlorine.
and then fabric/yarn diy type prosthetics (sidenote you can absolutely diy silicone, i want to make guides on this eventually) but you cant bring this into water either because it soaks up water like a sponge and the plush filling would mold and it would be a hassle to ring this out wash it dry it every single time you want a bath or shower or go to the pool or work out or do sports (i live near alot of water i know most people are in and out of it every day and thats not even counting showering every day having to wash and dry a prosthetic every single time would be a major waste of time)
anyway what im getting at is there needs to be a better way to do this ive tried some things, dried rice and beans mold and sprout, the pellets in stuffed animals give it a nice weight and are waterproof but are too heavy to fill a prosthetic completely and they dont have realistic give or squish, and moister wicking fabric still holds water, not in the fabric but in the prosthetic where the filling is trapping the water there.
what i ended up planning was using the mesh lining from swimming trunks as the outside fabric, a loofah as the inside plush for squish, and weighted beads just a little at the bottom to give it that realistic hang. but that way between the holes in the mesh and loofah it wont trap water, and the beads dont absorb water either. the loofah gives it realistic plush and the beads give it realistic weight. while the mesh outside layer makes it so the loofah isnt irritating any skin, its a barrier as much as it is an actual skin, and i have tested the beads are big enough to not fall through the mesh.
now i just need a loofah and swimming trunks to sacrifice for this, but i need to buy actual priority type things first so unfourtuneately actually testing all this will have to wait
but im excited!! i think i really found a solution!! this is a big deal!! now people can have something to work out in that wont deteriorate, trap sweat, trap water, and can handle not being in neutral ph! bubble baths, working out, water sports, showers, pools, ocean, surfing, canoeing, whatever!!
also all the patterns in case anyone wanted to make this before me or just make fabric, crochet, knitted, prosthetics in general the patterns are linked and free on my masterlist, packer and breast forms.
i think the only maybe difficult part would be learning to stitch through mesh
Tips from your trans big brother: Packing
Alright homies, it's time for packer talk. A quick trigger warning. Most packers look like penises. If you don't want to hear about that, keep on moving. Please take care of yourself and I hope you will have a nice day/night! Packer talk under the cut.
I packed with a pair of socks and it made me horny
Okay then
packing’s all fun and games ‘till your cat tries to steal your dick
Real Talk does anyone know if there are any european companies that sell STP packers? i’ve been doing research an all i can find us american companies and i’m so fucking tired of buying stuff from the US cuz they can never seem to figure out how to get their stuff through customs without me having to take a day off work so i can go pick up my stuff from the customs office.
Hi yes I’m I have no idea how to wear my packer/stp. Like I’ve tried wearing it so I can just take it out and pee and that was uncomfy, I tried wearing it as just a packer but it looks like I constantly have an erection. I had to fold it and use a rubber band to keep it folded because it’s so weird, any help??
I don’t pack myself personally so I don’t have much advice to offer unfortunately. What I can say though is that if you know the brand and model there’ll likely be plenty of videos on youtube about how to pack properly with that make. From what I know it’s more difficult to pack with a 2in1 stp/packer as the stp needs to be a little more rigid. You can get some that are more realistic but they’re a lot more expensive. Chase Ross on youtube does reviews of packers and stps and how best to use them if you want to check his channel out.
Rodeohs sells packing boxers, and I believe FtM Essential’s sells harnesses designed to hold the packer in place.
STP Tips from your trans big brother
Hey ya'll. I thought I should share some STP tips I have learned over the last couple of months I learned while trying to use my own STP.
Quick trigger warning: I will be showing actual pictures of the STPs I use and they are prosthetic penises so they will look like a penis. If you're uncomfortable with that, please keep scrolling.
