The Tidepool Paddlemar is sea-bound to find warmer shores. The sandy bottom is littered with fallen leaves. She’s in no hurry. The sun is still warm and bright and the water is calm and cool. She’ll float further south quietly and peacefully as a stone, blowing gentle bubbles from her nose as she naps. Such lazy fall afternoons.
