𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | Pasta in a burger, hmmmmm. I’ve only had it once, the Mac & Cheese burger from Dirty bones, and I wasn’t a fan. But when pasta giants @padella_pasta join forces with @pattyandbun you’ve gotta expect it to be good, right? 🍝 I actually thought the burger as a whole was really nice. I LOVED the @cobblelanecured nduja mayo, and the red onion enhanced that spicy flavour. The pici cacio e Pepe sauce actually worked well in the burger. 🍔 I don’t think it’s the pasta itself that made me really like this burger, it was the overall combination of flavours. For me, it’s almost like the pasta didn’t even need to be in the burger, just the sauce and other ingredients. I think if there was a hell of a lot more pasta in it then it could make a difference. I went on apprehensive, I left satisfied.
