To my readers!

Hey everyone!!

As some of you may know, I've been struggling a lot with writing for a long time now, because of my personal life.

However, as my personal life is slowly getting better, I've been able to write consistantly for several weeks now, including some pieces of fanfiction!! I am thus hoping to come back to posting regularly in the coming weeks!!!

I am currently writing a few one-shots and other cute stuff so I can plan my return! Expect a posting schedule to be announced in the coming week...

Some changes in my masterlist will also occur in the coming days/weeks. Do not be alarmed. I won't be deleting anything, simply reorganizing things. Do not panic, everything is under control...

I hope that some of you will still be interested in my silly and cute stories! I've always wanted to keep on posting my fanfictions, but sometimes life gets in the way. Hopefully, this is the right time for me to make a glorious come back!

However, I must admit that I have not been the most active tumblr gremlin as of late. I haven't really been active in the community in a while, but I would love to meet new people and discover the works of content creators who share my hyperfixations.

So, if you have any recs on a blog you think I might enjoy, linked to a fandom I like, feel free to share a rec! I'll check the blogs you recommend me!

H: How would you describe your style?

Oh that's one difficult question! Fluid but simple I guess? English isn't my first language and I don't necessarily have as rich a vocabulary in English as I would have in French. But I have read lots of classic literature (in French) and I know what is good writing. But also what styles and writing quirks that I don't like. So I tend to be direct and "to the point" in my fics. No long and boring descriptions, no unnecessary words (at least that's what I'm aiming at!). Also I think when I started I overrused some phrasing typical of fanfics, now I'm trying to get rid of that.

I: Do you have a guilty pleasure in fic (reading or writing)?

Well, reading fanfics, in general, is sort of a guilty pleasure. ;-) But I don't think I really have anything in particular (reading or writing fanfics) that would really fit as "guilty pleasure" (though I guess some might view my reading and writing of Zorro fics as a guilty pleasure ;-) ) But more specifically, in term of genre, I'd say angst/fluffy comfort tend to be my zone of comfort as a writer, and my favorite thing to read as a reader.

hey carole!! thanks for dropping by. i’m good, thank you. my country’s in full lockdown once again, so i’ve had some quiet days (AGAIN) lol. i have worked from home continuously for over a year now and i don’t know how i will ever be able to go back into the office five times a week when everything calms down eventually. i got so used to it, idk how to handle so many people again 🥲😂

I have been a little stressed with uni stuff but it's nothing we can't manage. Other than that, everything is perfectly fine! I even had time and inspiration to sit down and write a few more paragraphs of a WIP I'm excited about. It's something different from what I usually do, so I'm also a little nervous 🙈

I have no idea when I'll be finishing it, though. I write a couple paragraphs every once in a while so it's a slow process for me lol

In short, I'm okay!! How have you been??
