Ahh... nothing is better than a nice relaxing herbal bath to relax the muscles and mind. . . . . .... I used (all from my garden) sage, rosemary, rosepetals, camomile, and lavender. Not to mwntion a few drops each of lavender amd rose oil. Finally a cup amd a half of epsom salt. I lit a white candle to purify and am oragne candle for creativity. All my chakra stomes are out plus a few of my own personal healing stones along my tub rail, and at my head at my amethyst and dalmation jasper. I dont realx easy due to my past. Relaxing your body to me left you vunerable. Now ove learned its imprtant to rwlax your body and your mind. Its how we heal amd grow. Blessed be.
