The Curse of the Fantastic Pikachu Statue
A Horror Storyby inba haek
Whilst investigating the death of a local movie star, a dim cook called 2D Bloggs uncovers a legend about a supernaturally-cursed, fantastic Pikachu statue circulating throughout McDonald's garbage can. As soon as anyone uses the Pikachu statue, he or she has exactly 40.1 days left to live.
The doomed few appear to be ordinary people during day to day life, but when photographed, they look burning. A marked person feels like a best giraffe to touch.
2D gets hold of the Pikachu statue, refusing to believe the superstition. A collage of images flash into his mind: a fast porcupine balancing on a strong movie star, an old newspaper headline about a drowning to dogfood cup accident, a hooded capybara ranting about armpit and a drinking well located in a hecking weird place.
When 2D notices his toe have giraffe-like properties, he realises that the curse of the fantastic Pikachu statue is true and calls in his fellow prisoners, a garbage truck driver called Inha Baek, to help.
Inha examines the Pikachu statue and willingly submits himself to the curse. He finds that the same visions flash before his eyes. He finds the fast porcupine balancing on a strong movie star particularly chilling. He joins the queue for a supernatural death.
2D and Inha pursue a quest to uncover the meaning of the visions, starting with a search for the hooded capybara. Will they be able to stop the curse before their time is up?
9. Does your character dream or are their nights filled with an empty blackness? Describe a dream they’ve had or a night they couldn’t sleep and what they did to preoccupy their time.
A lot of the time Tadashi’s nights are filled with either darkness or nightmares, sometimes he’d rather choose not to sleep at all just to avoid them. He tends to have reoccurring dreams where his friends and family, both dead and alive, corner him and scream all his mistakes at him. No one knows about this dream but Tadashi doesn’t like to talk about it.
When Tadashi doesn’t sleep he’s usually walking. Tadashi happens to enjoy soothing walks and the cool air tends to calm him down - he’s met some interesting people out on walks as well. Perhaps he just hopes he can meet more.
22. Does your character trust people right off the bat or does it take them some time to warm up to someone?

22: Does your character trust people right off the bat or does it take them some time to warm up to someone?
It’s a pretty well-known fact among those that know him that it takes forever to gain Damian’s trust. With his naturally suspicious personality, courtesy of his childhood, it’s almost as hard to gain Damian’s trust as it is to gain his father or mother’s. That’s the kind of thing that happens when you’re raised to be an assassin and literally told not to trust anyone, ever. But, however difficult it may be, it is possible to gain his trust. Simple time together can eventually bring it about, as is the case with Damian and most of the Bat-Family. One can also act in good faith towards Damian, such as Maya Ducard did, resulting in the same thing. To gain Damian’s trust is to allow you into his inner circle, to become his family and see the boy underneath the brash and arrogant exterior. To find yourself close enough to Damian in order for him to trust you is a precious thing indeed, and should be cherished above all things, for he would die for those who have earned it of him.

Blue hair, this time. The colours around here are worse than when hair dye was invented in the first place.
“What’s the point of dyeing it in the first place?” He’s mostly muttering to himself, grumpy after a long night. “All that work for something that just attracts attention.” Tch, mundies.

There were a lot of things Tadashi hated in this world, flowers, people, the smell of mouldy bananas - though one thing he truly couldn’t stand was people who couldn’t understand how to dress themselves fashionably. People who dressed like they’d never seen the clothes that actual, normal people wore.
The bright-haired stranger who stood by the rack before him, searching through clothes that Tadashi couldn’t even see his grandad in, well, he was one of those people who lacked a fashion sense. And thus, without even having engaged in conversation, Tadashi was already angry at the poor sap.
“No,” Was all Tadashi announced, his hand running disappointedly through his hair. “You can’t wear any of that.”
