Spotted while walking to the mailbox
Found a new flavor of spam at the store and tried it with spaghetti. Good but the flavor got to be a bit much. Will stick with regular or bacon spam

Rocks from a recent vet visit for Stella, she’s not been doing good lately. Good chance she has cancer, was put on steroids, antibiotics ( second round) and a supplement to help with clotting. Really hoping it’s just a strange infection that the first round of antibiotics didn’t get but preparing for the other thing. My last 3 workouts have gone really good and I’ve been getting good sleep as well. Working more overtime tomorrow night, hopefully it will be a good weekend
