Season 2 episode one: "The Land Before Tim." Thanks for saying that Lystrosaurus and Biarmosuchus(?) and all of ichthyosauria are dinosaurs. You absolute fuck trumpets. I wouldn’t mind the flash animation or the new Frizzle if the show had retained even a fraction of its educational value. I read a review on Fatherly.com which demonstrated that yes, this episode “taught” grown adults that synapsids and ichthyosaurs are dinosaurs. It’s not the dad-blogger’s fault. He thought he was watching something educational with his kids. He was trying to be a good parent and this show is just taking advantage of that! Betraying its target audience because the creators are lazy and want to capitalize off our nostalgia! I’m livid.

I'm sure you guys realized this before I said anything about it, and even I knew, but I had to be sure. Well, coffee and mayo isn't very compelling. It's not as bad as I was afraid of, but really not worth finishing either. But now I know, and I finally can get this idea out of head! Oh man, just had a weird burp. Not trying this again.

Aaaaaaaand this is the good looking one! The above pile-of-vomit-looking treat was my first attempt at a grass fed beef gelatin-based paleo protein bar (in cookie dough flavor!). It tastes kind of ok, but chews like glue. HAPPY WRONG WEDNESDAY, EVERYONE!

PALEO BREASTMILK

Milk will kill you in the long run?  Based off a diet where people had a shortened life expectancy and had to forage for food every damn day?  And that's your solution, without scientific evidence. A "lifestyle" not a moneymaking diet?  Ok, that's cray-cray, but hey, do what you like.

But you love milk.  Sweet sweet sweet milk.

So the solution is to drink breast milk?  And approach women feeding their children to get your fix.

I recently read that a famous Australian paleo chef eats cacao nibs as a delicious healthy chocolatey snack. He's pretty spunky, and super lean, and has his own cooking show. And he's a chef. So he knows stuff about food. Like what food tastes good. Right? Believing what I had read, I was excited to find these cacao nibs down town today. 250 grams of these babies costs the equivalent of two family sized blocks of actual chocolate. The kind with flavours and creamy centres. But I'm healthy now. I like healthy things. Except cacao nibs. Cacao nibs are SHITHOUSE. Really really really really awful. God awful. Like if this was Hell, cacao nibs would be served with every meal. Probably with kale. Seriously Pete Evans. How can I trust you ever again???

So....apparently when you're making hard boiled eggs but forget about them while playing on tumblr and all the water cooks off ....the egg shells blow up. They even make the "pooooffffff" noise. 😩
