Crispy Apple Paleo Your Paleo Gluten Free granola from Mulberry Tree Fine Foods
Enjoy the delicious flavors of apple and warm spices in this Paleo-friendly granola recipe. It's the perfect crunchy and satisfying snack or breakfast option.
Ingredients: 2 cups of almond meal. 1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut. 1 cup of mixed nuts e.g., almonds, pecans, walnuts, chopped. 1 cup of dried apple slices, chopped. 1/4 cup of honey. 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted. 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Turn the oven on to 300 degrees Fahrenheit 150 degrees Celsius and place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Almond meal, chopped nuts, dried apple slices, and shredded coconut should all be combined in a big mixing bowl. Mix the honey, melted coconut oil, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of salt thoroughly in a different bowl. After adding the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stir everything to ensure that it is all coated. Evenly distribute the granola mixture onto the baking sheet that has been prepared. For even cooking, stir the granola once or twice while it bakes for a total of 25 to 30 minutes, or until it turns golden brown. Take the granola out of the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. It will crisp up more as it cools. After the granola cools down fully, break it up into clusters and put it in an airtight container. Serve as a snack or with your preferred Paleo-friendly yogurt.

Mixing it up. Working on my cookbook and having breakfast. Got to head off soon. Has anyone tried @pureharvest coco quench chilled coconut milk. It's not paleo because it has brown rice in it.. but had to have a change from nut milk to see the effect on my eczema. This is the one with the least ingredients but would love to see it without the rice and grain free. Maybe dates or maple as a sweetener or even coconut sugar? We can only hope. Have a great day all. #grainfreegranola #dairyfree #refinedsugarfree #paleocereal #paleogranola #breakfast #coffeewithbenefits #superfeast #medicinalmushrooms #justanothermanicmonday #wishitwassunday #ichristineme #foodphotography #homemade
