She uses her juvenile form for missions; distracting or gaining trust without arousing suspicion is easier for a child.

She also uses it for duels that require speed.

She uses it most often because everyone tends to be gentler with her and pamper her. ( she likes to be babied a lot )

In her childlike form, she likes to act like a little girl, but very often she breaks character (that's still a grown woman after all ).
